Is this chair suitable for someone who is 190cm tall?
This chair comes in two sizes. The one currently available is the medium size. The large size, which fits heights from 1.79m to 1.95m, will be released at the end of June.
Can I get a taller gas lift for more lift height?
This chair currently is standard with a 120Y7 gas lift with a 110mm stroke. If you need more height, you can try searching Amazon for a 150Y7 gas lift or higher — it provides a 140mm stroke.
Is this chair available in other colors?
Only dark grey for now.
The backrest won't stay locked — is this a defect?
Not likely. The chair uses a step-by-step ratchet mechanism. Please try this:
- Reset: Push the backrest all the way down.
- Lift gradually: Pull up one click at a time — you'll hear a 'click' at each locked position.
- Don't skip to the top: Pulling directly to max height auto-resets the lock, causing it to slide back down.
Try lifting to the middle position first to test. Still not working? Contact our after-sales team for an adjustment video, and we'll send a replacement backrest bracket right away.
The grey standing mat is coming unglued — is this normal?
The adhesive on the standing mat has already been upgraded for a stronger, more secure bond. If you experience peeling or detachment, please contact our after-sales team — they'll arrange a free replacement under warranty.
Can this chair be fitted with armrests,heightening wheel or a footrest?
Not recommended.
