Newtral Warranty & Damages Policy

At Newtral, we are dedicated to providing ergonomic furniture built for lasting comfort, adaptability, and quality. Every Newtral chair is carefully engineered to meet the highest standards of performance and durability.

To ensure our customers enjoy long-term satisfaction, we offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all Newtral products purchased directly from our official website.


Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to original purchasers who bought their products directly from Newtral’s official website (www.newtralchair.com).
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third-party platforms are not eligible for warranty services or replacements.


Warranty Coverage

All Newtral products are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or office use.

This includes coverage for:

  • Manufacturing defects or faults in materials
  • Structural failures or mechanical issues under normal use
  • Malfunctions caused by defective components

During this period, Newtral will provide replacement parts, a full product replacement, or another suitable solution at no cost to the customer.


Warranty Activation

No registration is required. Warranty coverage is automatically activated for all qualifying purchases made through Newtral’s official website.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives with missing parts or visible damage, you must report the issue within 60 days of receiving your order.
Claims submitted after 60 days may be declined.

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the damage
  • Your order number and contact details

What’s Not Covered

Our limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Improper assembly, installation, or handling
  • Normal wear and tear (fabric fading, scratches, or discoloration)
  • Damage from sunlight, moisture, chemicals, ink, or dye transfer
  • Pet-related damage (scratching, biting, etc.)
  • Products used for commercial or industrial purposes
  • Damage from transportation or accidents after delivery
  • Natural material variations such as color or texture changes over time

Newtral reserves the right to determine whether the damage or defect falls under the scope of this warranty.


Signature Confirmation Service Notice

For secure delivery and to prevent lost or misplaced packages, we kindly suggest selecting the Signature Confirmation Service at checkout (additional cost: $7.50).

Without this service, carriers may leave your package unattended, deliver to a nearby location, or omit calling before delivery. In such cases, Newtral cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Choosing Signature Confirmation ensures that your order is received safely and personally signed for, significantly reducing the risk of delivery issues and post-delivery claims.

Limitation of Liability

Newtral shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, economic, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, time, or profit, arising from product defects or improper use. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
