This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.newtralchair.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing your personal information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 .

Meta Advertising Integration — Neutral Fun Ads Automation

Scope
This section explains how NEWTRAL uses the application Neutral Fun Ads Automation to manage and evaluate advertising on Facebook and Instagram for business assets we own or are authorized to manage. It supplements the other sections of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Process
Depending on the permissions granted and the features used, the application processes:
- Authorized users' Meta account identifiers and names, and information identifying accessible business assets.
- Facebook Page and Instagram professional account identifiers, names, and usernames.
- Advertising account, campaign, ad set, and ad information, including budgets, targeting settings, delivery status, and creative content such as images, videos, text, and destination links.
- Advertising performance reports, including spend, impressions, clicks, and purchase or conversion metrics made available by Meta.
- Access tokens used to authenticate authorized API requests.
How We Use This Information
We use this information to authenticate access, select the appropriate business identities, upload advertising materials, create and manage advertisements, analyze campaign performance, and diagnose operational errors.
The application is intended for authorized business use. It does not require ordinary website shoppers to log in to the application with Facebook or Instagram.
Storage, Access, and Service Providers
Advertising reports, configuration records, and operational logs may be stored in business-controlled systems. Relevant data may also be processed by service providers supporting our hosting, storage, technical support, or advertising analysis, including AI-assisted analysis where used.
Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information for these purposes. Access tokens must be treated as confidential credentials and must not be included in public reports or shared screenshots.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal or platform requirements. We review retained information and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
Revoking Meta permissions stops future access through the revoked authorization, but does not automatically erase information already stored in our systems. You may request deletion as described below.
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of personal information processed through Neutral Fun Ads Automation, email service@newtralchair.com with the subject line Meta App Data Deletion Request.
Please identify the relevant application and provide enough information for us to locate the associated records, such as the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram username. Do not send your password, access token, or other account credentials.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. We will review the request and delete applicable information from systems under our control, subject to applicable legal and platform requirements. Where information must be retained, we will explain the relevant limitation.
Deletion from our systems does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta or remove content from Facebook or Instagram.
