Vacuum occasionally with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For stains, use a damp, lint-free cloth with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and do not rub aggressively to maintain mesh tension.
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Dry immediately to prevent water spots or oxidation.
Once a year, wipe the black gas lift cylinder with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust. This protects the seals and ensures smooth height adjustments.
Periodically check for tangled hair or debris. Clean wheels ensure a smooth 360° glide and protect your floors from scratches.

Perform these quick checks every 6 months to ensure long-term stability
Use the Allen key to check and tighten all screws, especially those under the seat and on the backrest. This keeps the chair rock-solid and squeak-free.
Avoid "shock loading." Sitting down gently instead of dropping your full weight onto the chair prevents unnecessary stress on the gas lift and mechanism.
If height adjustment feels "sticky" or noisy, clean the cylinder and apply a small amount of high-quality lubricant.

- Tilt Issues: Backrest fails to lock, slips out of position, or tilt function is unresponsive.

- Structural Noise/Looseness: Metal debris/screws falling out, or wobbling in the gas lift socket.
Safety Warning: If you see structural cracks or metal fragments, stop using the chair immediately and contact us for a module replacement.
- Sinking/Height Failure: Chair slides down automatically, won't stay at max height, or "sinks" the moment you sit.
- Structural Instability: Gas lift dragging on/touching the floor, or wobbling in the socket.
- Mechanical Abnormalities: Loud "popping" noise when sitting, or visible oil leakage from the gas lift.
- Headrest: Cannot adjust height/extension or fails to stay locked.
- Armrests: Slips down under pressure, surface cracking, or material discoloration.
- Backrest Frame: Height adjustment fails to lock (no "click" sound) or automatically resets to the bottom.
- Support Failure: Broken rubber lumbar rods or damaged backrest frame.
- Mesh Damage: Mesh sagging, fraying, or detaching from the frame.
