Shipping Policy

Free shipping is applied for all Newtral products purchased directly on the website only for the USA( 59 contiguous states ) ,The UK and EU countries (Additional shipping fees are required for North Macedonia, Malta, Greece, and Cyprus.).

1. Where do you ship from?

We have our warehouse locally:

US warehouse and European warehouse.

So basically you will receive packages shipped from our warehouse locally. 

2. Shipping time.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Order processing time: 1-2 Business days

• Shipping time: 5-7 Business days

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability. Please contact us via email to update your delivery address and provide any additional details.

3. Shipping service

It is our goal to deliver your purchase to you in the quickest and most efficient way possible. All our products are fully packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professional third-party delivery carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, and/or GLS). Speed of delivery depends on the type of product, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas. Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in their packaging before you place your order. You can check all dimensions in the product description for each product on our website. Failed delivery due to inability to access your home will result in additional delivery fee charges.

Please be aware that we offer ground shipping service. Our ground shipments do require a signature and/or proof of identity for delivery. 

For Living products, deliveries will be made to the front door of your residential address. If you live on any floor higher than the first floor, the deliveryman will deliver to your door only if there is an elevator. The elevator must be big enough to fit the package (Package dimensions: W24" x D20" x H26"). If your apartment or building does not have an elevator or the elevator is too small, the deliveryman will deliver the package to the first floor only. Newtral does not cover or reimburse for any separate delivery or service fees that the customer has hired and/or paid at their own cost.

4. How long will my product take?

We will proceed with your order within 1-2 working days, Shipment from our own warehouse locally, and it usually takes 3-7 working days for the parcel to arrive at your doorstep.

Note: During public holidays, since courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately, this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

5. Sales tax & VAT 

The tax amount you’re paying at checkout on our website is either sales tax, GST or VAT varying by country. Tax will be calculated when you input your shipping address during the checkout process.
