Neutral Fun Ads Automation — Data Deletion Instructions
NEWTRAL provides a way to request deletion of personal information processed through our Meta application, Neutral Fun Ads Automation.
How to submit a request
Please email service@newtralchair.com with the subject: Meta App Data Deletion Request.
In your email, please include:
- The application name: Neutral Fun Ads Automation.
- The Facebook Page name, Instagram username, or other relevant account identifier associated with your request.
- A brief description of the information you would like deleted.
Only provide information necessary for us to identify the relevant records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or other account credentials.
What happens next
We will review your request and may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
Once verified, we will delete applicable personal information held in systems under our control and coordinate deletion with relevant service providers where necessary, subject to applicable legal and platform requirements. We will inform you when the request has been completed or explain any applicable retention requirement or limitation.
To ask about the status of your request, reply to the same email conversation.
Revoking access
You can also revoke the application's access through the relevant settings in your Meta account. Revoking access does not automatically delete information previously stored by NEWTRAL; please contact us to request deletion.
Scope of deletion
This process applies to information processed by NEWTRAL through Neutral Fun Ads Automation. It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, or automatically remove information or content held independently by Meta.
