I have some pelvis and lower back issues and this chair is so comfortable- giving you pelvis and lower back the perfect support. Using the kick-back feature with the legs out is also great for headaches or naps if you can do that. VERY PLEASED The chair was also easy to assemble and directions perfectly understandable although the really need a native English speaker to correct it.

The chair is great, but the the gap between the laptop desk and the chair does not allow you to use a laptop. I even had my 9 year old grandson try it and he could not do it. The reason I got the chair was to use my laptop when I was away from my desk.

The chair is beautiful, the lumbar support design is great. I love the chair. My only reservation is about the color of the lumbar support ejector. There should be no reason it should be orange. Also, I bought the ash color of the chair and that was not a really fine ash. Other than that, I really like the chair

Would love if the leg extensions were longer for people that are six three or bigger but definitely feels nice on the lower back The keyboard stand is by far my favorite feature to lock me in at the desk overall the lumbar support is good The next support it had support could be a little bit better but overall for the price you can't beat the chair hopefully there's more upgrades to this chair in the future to make it even more ergonomic and to surpass expectations maybe a chair made specifically for larger people or taller people overall very satisfied I purchased a different brand $1,200 chair that has a massage function in the back and I prefer this chair over that chair Great job team!

I gave this 4 stars because the optional add-on items were delivered separately one by one, rather than coming with the chair as one package. For next Newtral chair I'd like to see the following functions: 1. Give the seat a lockable depth adjustment or have an option for a larger seat. 2. Give the seat a lockable tilt function. 3. Make the optional arm rests softer. Currently, they are too hard. 4. Make the optional head rests tilt left and right.

I love this chair, I’m a disabled veteran, with a bad lower back. I also have a desk job. I try to do as much standing as I can but you just need to sit sometimes. My old chair would kill my back after about 30 minutes. But this chair was a lifesaver. I’m 6’1, 299lbs and this chair fits me perfectly. I was leery on the foot rest with reclining, but that has become one of my favorite features.

Very well designed chair. The seat cushion has just the right amount of firmness and the adjustability of the armrest is great. The pressure tuned lumbar support feels comfortable forcing me to correct my posture. I liked how you can lock it to be stationary or to respond to your position.
